A half day course focuses on the commercial challenges associated with the change in culture. There will be the facility to offer this module to greater numbers simultaneously. Attendees will be able to select morning or afternoon participation. The module is delivered in presentation format.

• The do and don’ts of business
• A good understanding of the market and its reaction to common marketing practices

The presentation will be interactive and participants will be able to derive their own action plan from the information delivered
