NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
BRITISHAMERICAN BUSINESS
Event date: Thursday October 22nd 2009
The Annual Meeting of BritishAmerican Business, which is held on alternate years in New York and London, will be held for the transaction of the following business:
To receive the report of its Chairman;
To receive and approve the Balance Sheet, Statement of Income and Expenses, and the Report of the Auditors for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2009;
To elect Directors, to hold office as provided by the Bylaws.
The Annual Meeting will be followed by a networking reception for our members:
5:00 – 5:30pm Registration
5:30 – 6:00pm Annual Meeting
6:00 – 7:30pm Member Reception
