BritishAmerican Business HR & Employment Forum Presents: Bonuses and Remuneration, Where do we go from here?

Event date: Tuesday March 20th 2012

The government's proposals to curb executive pay by requiring greater transparency, board diversity, shareholder power and employee engagement have failed to dispel the furore over high  levels of bonuses in the City. Can these proposals work, and prove acceptable to the City and employers ? or is there a danger that either they will not work, or if they do work we shall lose the crucial talent on whom we depend for wealth creation? These, and related issues, will be considered by our expert panel and should be of interest to directors, executives, shareholders and HR managers.

Speakers include:
  • Geoff Fawcett, Operations Director, Hays Financial Markets
  • Brian Groom, UK Business and Employment Editor, The Financial Times
