An update on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and its Impact on US and UK Citizens and Companies

This event will provide an update on the effectiveness of the FCPA from the perspective of the US government as well as FCPA practitioners, and will include discussion of the US Department of Justice’s enhanced enforcement of the FCPA.  The discussion will also reflect on a number of current issues such as recent FCPA prosecutions of British citizens within the context of the US-UK 2003 Extradition Treaty, and media efforts to obtain access to extradition proceedings in FCPA cases.

  • Bradley D. Simon,  Senior Partner and founder, Simon & Partners LLP, a US white collar criminal defence lawyer who has handled several high profile FCPA cases
