Advanced Manufacturing and High Value Technologies Forum

This forum was created in 2011, to focus on the importance of advanced manufacturing and high value technologies on both sides of the Atlantic. The forum subsumes our Defence, Aerospace and National Security forum, and seeks to provide topical and relevant information to our members on new technologies that may impact their businesses across a broad spectrum, and/or offer new business opportunities. This information will embrace innovations that are both beneficial, and detrimental (the first event of the new forum will focus on cyber security which poses a potential threat to all businesses as well as governments). Additionally, the forum will hold events that focus on specific sectors within this broad framework of companies. The forum will also seek to assess measures taken by government to help advance and support these crucial business sectors, making policy representations when and where necessary.
