Cyril Leonard Highly Commended Take Silver Medal at RICS

Cyril Leonard were silver medallists in this year's Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Awards, held at Canary Wharf, London for their work with ALSTOM. Chairman of the RICS Award judging panel, Howard Morgan, said the short-listed entries demonstrated 'the wealth of imagination and talent' in the property management profession, reflecting 'an increasing level of flexible thinking within our industry.' Explaining the background to the award Cyril Leonard's Senior Partner, Douglas Blausten, said that in December 2002 and January 2003 they had helped ALSTOM achieve sale and leasebacks in five countries totalling almost $479m.
