BritishAmerican Business Inc strives to be as accurate as possible in
our event descriptions, sponsorship listings, information content,
pricing, links and any other published information contained in or
referenced on our site. However, occasional human error may occur and we
therefore cannot guarantee that all site content or descriptions, pricing
or any other content on the site is entirely accurate, complete, current,
or that we are responsible for these errors. In the event that an event,
service, or offering is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical,
informational, technical or any other error, BritishAmerican Business Inc
at its sole discretion shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order
for that product and immediately amend, correct or remove the inaccurate
information.
Payment Methods
BritishAmerican Business Inc accepts the following Payment Methods
online:

BritishAmerican Business Inc also accepts Cash, Company Check, Cashier
Check, Personal Check, Money Order, and Wire Transfer as an offline
payment option.

Payment Terms:
- An event registration or other purchase is not binding upon
BritishAmerican Business Inc until it is accepted.
- BritishAmerican Business Inc must receive payment before it will
accept an order unless arrangement is made otherwise and in advance.
- Payment for events, sponsorships, and other services or products is
due prior to confirmation or delivery unless arrangement is made
otherwise and in advance.
- Customer can make payment by credit card or some other method
prearranged with BritishAmerican Business Inc as detailed above. Other
payment methods are NOT accepted unless arrangement is made otherwise
and in advance.
- You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the online or
printed invoice.
Taxes
New York: The New York, New York BritishAmerican Business Inc
office in the United States does not collect any sales tax. All
transactions for New York based events, sponsorships, membership fees,
or of any other nature are priced as listed without additional tax.
London and EU - VAT: BritishAmerican Business Inc is registered
in the UK for VAT (Value Added Tax). Our registration number is 761 0129
62. For events held in the UK, VAT is payable at the current UK rate.
This applies to all types of organisations, whether VAT registered or
not. It applies equally to organisations from outside the UK, because
the place of supply of the service is the UK.
Refunds and Returns Policy
Refund and Returns are not made on events registered for, nor with any
other offering made on this site for services or sponsorships. Registrants
and Members must inform BritishAmerican Business Inc of any billing
discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate
and resolve the situation accordingly, at our sole discretion.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings, sponsorship offerings, ticket purchases, and membership
application transactions accepted are considered binding and are
non-refundable.
Processing Time
You can expect your registration request to be processed within
approximately two to three "business" days. You will receive a
confirmation email or emails as follow up to registration of an event, and
staff members from the appropriate office location will contact
registrants directly regarding table purchases, sponsorships, or extended
guest lists.
Confirmations
Do to the nature of event scheduling and handling, the time period for
response or confirmation will vary with each event. No set time frame has
been established or expressed for seating or other event related
confirmations regarding attendance of a BritishAmerican Business Inc
sponsored event.
Delivery
The majority of BritishAmerican Business offerings online does not require delivery of any
material good as registration is immediate and handled electronically.
When necessary, such as in the case of an event that utilizes physical
tickets for admission, BritishAmerican Business Inc offers the following
delivery methods:
- Local Postal Carrier Service/USPS
In situations where a physical ticket is required for the attendance of
an event, BritishAmerican Business Inc and purchasers wish an alternative
method of delivery, you must contact the relevant BritishAmerican Business office prior to
actual shipment of the tickets and make alternative arrangements at your
cost.
Registration Status
BritishAmerican Business Inc will do everything possible to keep you
informed of your event registration or other service transaction via
e-mail. You may contact the
appropriate office at any time with questions about your registration or
purchase activities.
Privacy
BritishAmerican Business Inc respects your privacy. We will not under
any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone. All of the
information obtained from our web site will be used for processing
purposes only. Sensitive information, such as Credit Card numbers, is NOT
kept on file and is discarded after every online transaction. Please see

Limitation of Liability
In all circumstances BritishAmerican Business Inc’s maximum liability
is limited to the purchase price of the products or services sold on this
website. BritishAmerican Business Inc shall not, under any circumstances,
be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or
contribution, or other claims relating to the products or services it
makes available for purchase on our website as a company which exceeds
this liability limit. BritishAmerican Business Inc shall not be liable for
third party claims for damages against the customer, loss of business,
loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not BritishAmerican
Business Inc is apprised of the possibility or existence of such claims or
damages or not.
Acceptance of Policies and Terms
By accepting delivery of any product or service delivered from
BritishAmerican Business Inc ("BritishAmerican Business Inc"), you
("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the above
state policies. You and BritishAmerican Business Inc agree that the
preceding terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales
transaction between Customer and BritishAmerican Business Inc. Any attempt
to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the
Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and,
therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are
