Stephen Eynon Joins CB Richard Ellis as Senior Vice President
New York – July 20, 2010 – CB Richard Ellis announced today that Stephen Eynon has joined the company's Midtown office as a senior vice president. In his new role, Mr. Eynon will continue to focus on tenant and landlord representation.

Throughout his career, Mr. Eynon has worked on a wide range of high-profile assignments. He served as director of leasing for the Empire State Building, securing more than 500,000 square feet of transactions with an aggregate of $300 million in rent value, including the FDIC for 103,000 sq. ft. and Coty Inc. for 90,000 sq. ft. -- the two largest transactions in the building's history. Other significant transactions completed by Mr. Eynon at the Empire State Building include 30,000 sq. ft. for Brennan Beer Gorman; 25,000 sq. ft. for Skanska and 25,000 sq. ft. for Taylor Communications.
Some of Mr. Eynon's other notable agency assignments include 450 Park Avenue, 535 Madison Avenue, 625 Madison Avenue, 680 Fifth Avenue and 685 Third Avenue. In addition, his tenant representation experience includes multiple transactions for corporate clients such as Viacom, Universal Music Group, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Schroeder Capital Management and Greenwich Street Capital.
Mr. Eynon is a graduate of Lehigh University and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and that organization's Midtown Oversight Committee.
