2010 Northeast Ohio Trade Mission to the United Kingdom
19 – 25 September 2010
SGI Global Business Advisors LLC, with support from BACC/BABC, NEOTEC and the State of Ohio will organize a trade mission to the UK on September 19 to 25, 2010.
The goal of the mission is to help participating U.S. companies find and develop potential customers, partners, agents, distributors, and joint venture partners the UK, laying the foundation for successful long-term ventures.

The company’s products comprise a broad range of accessories for all manner of vehicles including towing and hitch systems, trailer components and accessories, electrical brake cargo carrying and rack systems.
The company has also developed a new vehicle washing solution called Wash Drops which required one gallon of water (in a bucket) and one fluid ounce of Wash Drops. No hose or rinsing of the vehicle is required.

The company is interested in developing distribution operations and sales in the UK to the National Health Service, through primary care physicians and GP’s and to private clinics.
The company’s primary product to do this is a product called Sleep View.
The company needs information as to the following:
1. Whether the National Health Service routinely covers sleep disorder diagnosis and treatment.
2. Whether private insurers in the UK reimburse for such diagnoses and treatments (for example Bupa)
3. Whether there are distributors of medical products and devices catering to the GP market in the UK
4. Whether or not there are sleep disorder laboratories that conduct such testing in the UK
5. Whether or not in the UK to confirm a sleep diagnosis, a specialist is required
