Founder & CEO
This year The Barton Partnership is marking its 10 year anniversary and I can’t think of a better way of celebrating that achievement other than announcing the launch of our New York office. This has been something we have been working towards for the past 18 months and the new office will enable The Barton Partnership to support its existing US clients more effectively, as well as further develop relationships with new clients looking to increase their own US presence.
I am also delighted to confirm that the office will be led by Victoria Montagu. Victoria joins the firm with deep expertise in the US strategy and transformation markets having successfully delivered numerous assignments for global strategy firms, Big 4 consultancies, and small to mid-sized boutiques, across all levels and sectors. Since graduating with her Master’s from Cambridge University, she has built a successful career in executive recruiting and market research focused on strategy and transformation in the US and UK.
Victoria is “incredibly excited to be a part of such an ambitious and deeply knowledgeable organisation. The Barton Partnership is extremely well positioned to serve clients in the US strategy, transformation and M&A market, and I am eager to contribute to this next stage in the firm’s growth”.
In addition to Victoria, we have also appointed Chris Mooney as our NYC Client Partner to further the development of our client network and assist our clients with their strategic talent needs.
Agnes Zuberecz will be Lead Researcher focusing on the sourcing of candidates from Analyst to MD/Partner level across all sectors and industries.
The launch of our New York office provides the firm with the platform to continue to realise its expansion ambitions across North America complementing our growth plans for Europe.
