BritishAmerican Business Announces Launch of Leadership Forum Series
New York, NY – BritishAmerican Business (BAB), announced today the launch of its Leadership Forum sponsored by Lloyd’s Bank – a unique program series in New York that provides nominated leaders from thirty multinational companies among BAB’s membership to learn first-hand from notable chief executives, and develop a valuable cross-industry, business network.
BAB strives to be the cornerstone of leadership and innovation, and has created the Leadership Forum series to address topics such as disruption, growth, risk, team-building, and diversity. A select group of delegates, all seasoned executives with substantial strategic, management, and financial responsibilities within their respective organizations, are set to represent multiple Fortune 200 companies from a wide array of industries including travel, technology, insurance, entertainment, media, finance, and business and legal services.
And, the timing couldn’t be better. McKinsey & Co. released a study last year indicating a direct relationship between an organization’s strength and leadership effectiveness. It is no surprise that organizations can realize better overall performance when leaders are supportive, operate with strong results orientation, seek different perspectives and solve problems efficiently.
