Dr. Claire Hamlin, Partner, Q5 Americas

Claire, who has a background in both consulting and senior HR roles for large global organisations, leads the change enablement practice at Q5.

Claire is an experienced facilitator and accredited executive coach. She has a deep interest in organisational development, particularly in the context of ensuring successful change within organisations. Claire is also interested in the application of neuroscience to leadership development.

Earlier in her career, Claire spent several years in Accenture’s change management practice. She then joined BP where she held a number of positions including head of eLearning, manager of the Leadership Academy and most recently talent manager for the downstream business.

On leaving BP, Claire established a consultancy specialising in leadership development and talent management. The firm works with global organisations on a number of projects including talent strategy, culture change, diversity and inclusion as well as designing and delivering a range of leadership development programmes.

Claire lives in south west London with her husband Rob and two children, Ella and Libby. She enjoys fitness challenges and far too easily gets talked into participating in silly events like Tough Mudder – aptly named because of the large quantities of mud you have to wade through.
