The STIR: Small Dinner on Executive Allyship

BritishAmerican Business is delighted to host a small dinner in NYC to discuss the importance of Executive Allyship in furthering the DE&I Agenda. Discussion over dinner will be facilitated by Frieda Lewis, Chief Commercial Diversity Officer, Broadridge Financial Solutions and Anthony Casciano, President and CEO, Siemens Financial Services and will focus on ways DE&I strategies can be leveraged to increase employee engagement and help with hiring top talent.

Program Description
In the past few years, the #metoo movement, social justice issues and the inequalities made evident by the COVID-19 pandemic, further accelerated the need to elevate DE&I initiatives to the executive level, and to make them an integral part of corporate strategy. Senior leaders must push for organizational change, and as executive allies, use personal relationships and public advocacy as strategic mechanisms to promote equity in the workplace. Equity and inclusion are a must-have for customers, investors, and employees alike. As the Great Resignation turns to the Great Re-shuffle, the workforce is seeking an authentically inclusive workplace. According to Glassdoor’s Hiring Survey more than 3 out of 4 job seekers and employees reported that a diverse workforce is an important factor in evaluating companies.
