Ged is managing director of Q5 Americas. His career has been focused on designing and delivering lasting change.

After spending 12 years at Accenture, Ged became Head of Change and then COO of Operations at a UK Retail and Investment Bank. More recently, Ged was CEO at Stratagem Consulting, a start-up strategic communications consultancy. Prior to that, he was COO at QuantumBlack, a data science consultancy.

He strives in all areas to develop deliverable strategies and organizations that result in long-standing positive change, gaining board level buy-in to that strategy and leading teams to transform and deliver it.

Prior to living in the USA, Ged worked across Europe and in Australia.  Ged is married with two college-aged sons and is a keen kitesurfer.
