Meet the Speaker: Jess Huang, Partner, McKinsey & Company

Jess is a Partner with McKinsey & Company’s Silicon Valley office.
Jess leads the Women in the Workplace work being done at the Firm.
She co-leads the Loyalty service line in McKinsey’s Marketing and Sales practice and
is a member of McKinsey’s Consumer Retail practice
She serves consumer-facing clients, focusing on growth and commercial topics with a
depth of expertise in e-commerce and CRM topics given the evolving retail landscape
She developed McKinsey’s Personalization at Scale client workshop, bringing B2C
companies together to discuss innovations in customer engagement, personalization /
loyalty, and analytics.

Jess has an MBA from Harvard Business School and BAs in Philosophy and Biology
from the University of Virginia.
