Meet the Speaker: Kalel Dennis, Director of Customer Experience, Thomson Reuters

Kalel Dennis is currently the Director of Customer Experience for Thomson Reuters.  He joined TR over 15 years ago after graduating from Syracuse University College of Law. In his early roles with TR Kalel trained attorneys and managed firm relationships.  He then paired his customer experience with a passion for technology and became the Technical Client Manager for the northeast. This role allowed Kalel to build customer user interfaces and manage technology implementations at global firms.  Kalel is a first generation New Yorker, whose family is from Trinidad and Tobago.  He still lives in Queens with his wife and two daughters.
