Kenneth N. Rashbaum is a partner at New York-based law firm Barton LLP, where he heads the Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Technology Transactions Practice Group. He counsels multinational corporations, financial services organizations, and life sciences organizations regarding information governance, cybersecurity, e-discovery, and breach response. He has been recognized internationally as a thought leader in electronic discovery and disclosure and has testified as a cybersecurity and privacy expert before the New Jersey Homeland Security and State Preparedness Committee. Ken also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham Law School and the Membership Officer of the International Law Section of the American Bar Association
