Virtual Leadership Forum: "Workshop on Design-Thinking for Collaborative Leadership"

BritishAmerican Business looks forward to welcoming Anne-Laure Fayard, Professor of Innovation, Design and Organizational Studies, NYU Tandon School of Engineering, to lead an interactive workshop, “Workshop on Design-Thinking for Collaborative Leadership.

In today’s increasingly complex and changing world, innovation and collaboration have become essential to organizational success. Design thinking—or human-centered design—is a collaborative and creative approach to problem solving, which begins by adopting a holistic understanding of the users and their context. Through iterative prototyping, design-thinkers develop valuable and meaningful innovations—not only new products & services, but also organizational change. In this session, we will explore how design-thinking can help you grow your capacity for collaborative leadership.

Launched in 2016, the Leadership Forum is a program series aimed to cultivate a select group of emerging C-Suite leaders. During the yearlong program, which consists of in-person events, the delegates learn firsthand from sitting CEOs and other prominent industry leaders in BAB’s network, participate in workshops, share real-time challenges, and develop invaluable connections with peers. Participants in the Leadership Forum are specially nominated from BAB’s membership of multinational companies, and are recognized as a rising leader and distinguished contributor to their company.
