During the yearlong program, which consists of in-person events, the delegates learn firsthand from sitting CEOs and other prominent industry leaders in BAB’s network, participate in workshops, share real-time challenges, and develop invaluable connections with peers. Participants in the Leadership Forum are specially nominated from BAB’s membership of multinational companies, and are recognized as a rising leader and distinguished contributor to their company.
