Anastasia is the Managing Partner of the New York office and Global Head of the US immigration team.

Having managed successful immigration practices in New York and London, Anastasia is well placed to advise clients on the commercial and practical issues facing overseas businesses as they expand into the US. She has extensive experience advising a range of individuals, including entrepreneurs, high net worth clients, entertainers and artists, and has effectively advised on investor, extraordinary ability and family-based petitions as well as complex US citizenship issues.

Anastasia was President of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) during the 2018-2019 term, and was also a charter officer of AILA’s Rome District – European, Middle East, and Africa Chapter (RDC EMEA) and Chair of AILA’s Department of State Committee. She is an active member of both the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and St. George’s Society of New York.
