Jennifer is a Partner at Laura Devine Attorneys in New York. She is a UK-qualified solicitor and a registered Foreign Legal Consultant with extensive experience in a range of UK immigration applications, including sole representatives, Tier 2 sponsorship licences, Global Talent, Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) and Tier 1 (Investor) as well as the transfer of employees to the UK.

 

Jennifer’s practice also includes EU and family-based applications and British nationality, naturalisation and registration matters. She provides effective counsel to individuals, small businesses and multinational corporate clients across a range of industry sectors, including media, entertainment and finance.

Jennifer is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA) and co-convenor of ILPA’s New York working group. Additionally, she is co-chair of the Section of International Law’s Immigration and Naturalization Committee at the American Bar Association (ABA) and is also a member of both the International Law Committee at New York City Bar Association (NYCBA) and British American Business.
