Tessa holds relationships with a variety of clients across industries, focusing on individual assessment and development, coaching, and team facilitation. She is a chartered psychologist with the British Psychological Society and a member of the Health Professionals Council and American Psychological Association. Her special interests lie in helping individuals with high potential, particularly women, realize their ambitions.

Tessa graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast with a first class honors degree in Psychology and went on to win a scholarship to complete her MSc in Occupational Psychology. She began her career in consulting in London, working with blue chip clients on their communications, internal branding and change programs. She moved to the aviation industry, into employee engagement and learning and development roles, and ultimately led the talent agenda across an international airports business. She then headed up talent and management development for a facilities management company with responsibilities for performance, talent, and leadership development for 48,000 people. Originally from Northern Ireland, Tessa lives in New York and likes to escape to a holiday home in Donegal, Ireland. Tessa has three small children, is married to a West Ham fan, and enjoys serving on the board of trustees of a liberal arts university in New Jersey.
