An experienced Information Technology leader who is passionate about bringing the power of digital technologies, Data Analytics and insights to enable Life Sciences Industry to transform the trajectory of science, health, and wellness. Rabi has over 25 years of experience of leading transformation across functions including R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing/Sales/Customer Services, Customer acquisition and retention in Industries like Biopharma, Biotech, MedTech, Manufacturing, Insurance and Social Securities.

 

Rabi, heads a TCS Life Sciences Business segment, comprising of strategic Pharma and MedTech customers. He extensively engages with senior executives in R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial to help navigate technology and data enabled business transformation within those functions. He and his team have collaborated with Industry partners helping them navigate through the challenging times of the pandemic disruptions, ensuring continuity of mission critical services, helping them build a resilient supply chain and accelerating the R&D processes helping them bring new therapies including COVID-19 diagnostics, therapeutics, and vaccines on an accelerated timeline.

 

He leads the Growth and Transformation initiative for TCS Life Sciences Globally and a member of Strategy Council of TCS Life Sciences. He also leads the skill development and talent acquisition program in New Jersey focusing on TCS’ campus recruitments for his Business Unit in the Garden State.

 

He joined TCS as a graduate trainee and took up positions with increasing span of responsibilities in diverse areas of expertise like architecture, consulting, sales across the Globe in UK, Middle East and India before shifting base to NJ to join the TCS Life Sciences Business unit.

 

He graduated with a Master’s degree from IIT Mumbai in 1996 and has attended the Leadership Development program at Michigan Ross School of Business. He lives in Princeton NJ, and likes to travel, explore new places and is an occasional painter.
