As part of “The STIR,” BAB’s inclusion & diversity program series, this panel will explore the cultural differences in business attitudes toward racial inclusion and diversity – with the aim to cultivate deeper contextual understanding and better inform transatlantic businesses’ approaches toward addressing racial equality in the workplace.

The transatlantic panel will share insights on challenges and opportunities in multinational companies in the I&D space,  how we can learn from each country’s best practices and inclusion initiatives, and consider how together we can make improvements in addressing racial equality in business.

“The Stir” is BAB’s diversity & inclusion program series, with the objective to engage the business community in open dialogue around important cultural issues in inclusion & diversity
