Return To Work: Re-imagining The Workplace

The workplace will always to be an important physical place allowing for the unseen threads of our social fabric to be woven together at different times in our professional lives, creating life-long friendships and relationships.  What is the new value proposition of The Office? Covid-19 has been a catalyst for digital transformation and has proven that productivity is possible in remote workplaces for many home workers. How are companies changing the commercial workplace hubs, and how will the office continue to evolve?  What do humans need in the workplace to encourage creativity and teamwork? Why doesn’t everyone thrive in the remote workplace? What are is the current medical advice on working in an enclosed office space and using public transport to commute to work?  When and will we ever return to 2019 workplace practices?

Join BAB and our guest panel at this virtual discussion: Knight Frank on how multinational companies are adapting their commercial real estate needs in different cities/places; Steelcase on optimising layout, furnishings for hygiene, productivity and all modes of me/we work; EY on the digital transformation for HR in the workplace and keeping employees engaged; and expertly moderated by Fleishman Hillard Fishburn.
