Analog Devices
Analog Devices is a semiconductor company specialising in data conversion, signal processing and power management technology, designing and manufacturing etc. In June 2019 they opened new UK HQ in Hayes, London.
Mike Britchfield, VP Sales EMEA
Mike Britchfield has served as the Vice President of EMEA Sales since 2014 and has been with ADI for over 30 years.
Prior to joining the Sales organization, Mike created and led the Industrial and Instrumentation Market Segment organization, as Vice President, Industrial, for 5 years, where he built a strong solutions-focused team and developed the business strategies for the sub-segments within Industrial.
In years prior, Mike was a Product Line Director within the Converter organization, leading several areas of technology development including both broad converter developments and more targeted products focused on Automotive and Industrial applications.
Mike is an alumnus of both University College, Dublin (Engineering) and the University of Limerick (MBA).
Mindbody
Mindbody is a software-as-a-service company focused on the health and wellness industry. In March 2019 they opened office in Sheffield, creating 40 new jobs and room for 100 more – focused on customer service.
Phil Coxon, Managing Director UK, Mindbody
Phil Coxon is Managing Director of Mindbody EMEA. Mindbody is the global leader in providing business management software for the fitness and wellness industries, with over 67,000 customers worldwide. Prior to joining Mindbody, Coxon was chief revenue officer at MotorK, a software company for the automotive sector, helping them scale across Europe. Prior to this, he worked at Criteo, a global leader in ecommerce marketing, looking after global sales strategy as the company grew its revenue from US$50m to US$2.3b.
Slalom
Slalom is a business and technology consulting firm. In April 2019 they plan to open Manchester office creating 200 jobs by 2025 and growing its London presence.

Dave has a heritage of designing and delivering business transformation across supply chain, manufacturing, corporate functions, and customer service. Much of his career has been spent engaged with multinational companies which has taken his work and life to the Middle East, Far East, across Europe and the USA. After investing a year to travel around the world with his young family, he and his wife Nicky co-founded the popular travel inspiration website www.goliveyoung.com, and recently received recognition through some of their writing being published by Lonely Planet. Dave joined Slalom in 2017 to help establish the UK business and create a foundation for expansion of Slalom to every major city across Europe.
