This agreement marks a new offering from the premier Manhattan hotel, by partnering with a private brokerage to license and market a variety of their exceptional suites, with prices ranging from $12,750 to $150,000 per month, based on six-tiers of en suite amenity packages. Warburg Realty’s David Christopher Salvatore is leading the marketing and licensing efforts for the nearly 120-year-old brokerage.
