The STIR | How to Create a Truly Inclusive Culture

Beyond diversity, inclusion has become a top-of-mind issue for modern business executives. But the question of “why we need to create a truly inclusive culture and how it can create a competitive advantage” can be a vexing challenge.

Going beyond commitment to D&I at the C-suite level, what strategies can executives use to ensure that the leadership’s topline commitment to inclusion translates to real change that everyone in an organization can see and feel?

Around International Women’s Day, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and BritishAmerican Business (BAB) will present experts to explore “How to Create a Truly Inclusive Culture.” As the second program of “The Innovation & Inclusion Series,” this program will gather leaders from across different industries to discuss their experiences in navigating this challenge and developing strategies to implement in their industries. This forum is supported by Vodafone.

The day will include a panel discussion, followed by interactive working groups to unpack what was discussed and uncover new ways to share these learnings with your organizations.
