Vince Cordova, Principal and Mobility Leader for the East Region, Mercer

 

 

Vince Cordova is a Senior Principal in Mercer’s Careers line of service, and leads its mobility data and consulting business for the East Region in North America. Vince and his team support mobility clients based in the US and Canada.

In his role as East Mobility Leader, Vince advises clients on their international HR operations, strategy compensation approaches and policies on a global basis. He has been with Mercer for 10 years and regularly works on program and policy projects as well as compensation and strategy initiatives. Prior to joining Mercer, he spent over ten years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), serving in a variety of Tax and HR roles.

Vince leads a number of Mercer-sponsored networking meetings for HR professionals. He instructs at Mercer’s client mobility trainings, and was previously an adjunct professor at NYU’s School of Human Capital and Leadership Development where he taught graduate level courses on International Management and International Human Resources. Vince holds a Global Professional of Human Resources (GPHR) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management and Bachelors of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from Fordham University and Rutgers University respectively.
