William Butler-Adams OBE, CEO, Brompton Bicycle will share the inspirational story behind his success in helping to grow the company from £2 million turnover with 27 staff members to £55 million turnover and over 500 staff members in his tenure.

With demand up and supply chains impacted due to the pandemic, bicycle makers have been playing catch up and riding the up and down waves for most of 2020.  Poised for organic growth, and also perhaps through acquisition, the Brompton story is one of innovation, design thinking and purpose.

An exciting program series launched by BAB in 2018, Accelerate is a unique business networking community for growth businesses and startups looking to establish themselves in and around NYC and across the Atlantic. With events held regularly (6-8x/year) in midtown Manhattan or virtually, BAB Accelerate programs comprise both opportunities for networking as well as inspirational guest speakers offering practical and personal insights to the entrepreneurial audience in attendance. Attendees can expect a comfortable, collaborative, and casual networking environment as they learn how to thrive in the crowded NYC business community and beyond.
