Jill has eleven years of international corporate tax experience, having worked in both public accounting and industry, and serves as a regional international resource for CLA’s Northeast offices. Additionally, Jill serves as the leader for international due diligence, and provides international and mergers and acquisitions tax consulting services to CLA’s medium- and large-size private industry clients in the manufacturing, distribution, business services, and technology sectors.
