“The Stir” is BritishAmerican Business’ initiative which brings together diverse perspectives to foster a collaborative dialogue around workplace culture and inclusion within the transatlantic business community. Since its inception in 2011, this program series has adapted to meet the evolving needs of our members, encouraging participation from a wide range of professionals.

The name ‘The Stir’ reflects our commitment to moving beyond isolated discussions and engaging all in constructive conversations about merit, equality and the importance of diverse perspectives and cultural changes in the workplace.

Together with our partners, BAB is dedicated to addressing these topics via a series of content-rich and community-building programs featuring the latest research, best practices, and real-world examples.
