Launched in 2011, this critical program series has grown and evolved in response to the changing needs and themes within the transatlantic business community. In name, ‘the Stir’ acknowledges a shift from internal conversations siloed among female professionals, to a broader conversation for all to have around not only gender parity issues, but also diversity, inclusion and issues that impact minorities of all types.
