Catherine is a Partner within the HR Practice at Page Executive and their UK Ambassador on the Global Inclusion & Social Impact Council. She specialises in HR Leadership & Board level appointments across London, plus managing senior Diversity, Equity & Inclusion mandates nationally.

Her entire career has been within Recruitment of which the past 18 years have been focused on HR predominately across Financial & Professional Services sectors.

Catherine is one of the co-founders of ENABL, Empowerment Network for Asian & Black leaders that provides clients access to diverse leaders, a Board Trustee for Making The Leap, a Social Mobility charity focused on young people’s entry into the workplace and a Board Advisor for Kinhub, a People Performance Platform leveraging AI-driven coaching.
