Jane Hartley is the Chairman of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Jane served as the United States Ambassador to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from 2022 to 2025.
During her tenure the United Kingdom underwent a period of great volatility with four different Prime Ministers. It was also marked by two Monarchs with the death of HM Queen Elizabeth II and the coronation of King Charles III.
She was Ambassador to the French Republic and the Principality of Monaco from 2014 to 2017. She was awarded the Legion of Honor by The President of France for her work against terrorism.
Jane was Chief Executive Officer of Observatory Group, an international economic and political advisory firm. Before founding the Observatory Group, she was Chief Executive Officer of the G7 Group, a premier research firm providing
macroeconomic and political analysis to global clients.
Hartley served as a member of the Visiting Committee of the Kennedy School at Harvard University, as well as the Executive Committee of the Kennedy School. Jane was Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Sesame Workshop (Sesame Street) and was on the board of Directors of Memorial Sloan Kettering. She was a member of the Board of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Previously, Hartley was a member of the board of Heidrick & Struggles and a Presidential appointee to the Board of Directors of the Corporation for National and Community Service. She held positions as Vice President at both Universal (MCA) and Westinghouse Broadcasting. Jane served at the White House during the Carter Administration.
Bob Sulentic has been President & Chief Executive Officer of CBRE Group, Inc. since December 2012, and assumed additional responsibilities as Board Chair in November 2023.

Prior to becoming CEO, Mr. Sulentic served as President of CBRE, with responsibility for all business segments. In addition, he served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer in 2009, during the depth of the global financial crisis.
Mr. Sulentic began his real estate career with Trammell Crow Company in 1984 as an Industrial Leasing Agent in Houston, Texas. He subsequently served in various
leadership positions before becoming President and CEO in October 2000, and Chairman in April 2002. He served in those roles when Trammell Crow Company merged with CBRE in late 2006.
Mr. Sulentic previously served as the independent Chairman of the Board of Staples, Inc. until its acquisition by Sycamore Partners, a private equity firm, in September 2017.
Mr. Sulentic received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Computer Science from Iowa State University. He founded and chairs a private foundation that supports various charitable endeavors by providing direct grants to third-party organizations as well as executing its own initiatives.
Paul Taylor is president and chief executive officer of Fitch Group, a leading provider of essential financial information and services to the global financial markets.
Mr. Taylor was appointed to this position in April 2012 and is based in London. Mr. Taylor is also a senior vice president of Hearst, the parent company of Fitch Group, is a member of Hearst’s board of directors and is a testamentary trustee under the will of William Randolph Hearst.
Mr. Taylor previously served as president of Fitch Ratings, a leading provider of credit ratings, commentary and research. Prior to this appointment in 2010, he spent two years as global head of structured finance ratings, presiding over numerous ratings reforms following the 2007 collapse of the U.S. housing market. Mr. Taylor has held a variety of analytical leadership positions at Fitch Ratings, including global head of sovereign, public finance, corporate, and financial institution ratings.
Prior to joining Fitch as part of the Duff & Phelps (“DCR”) acquisition in May 2000, Mr. Taylor was head of international ratings at DCR and a director and head of European structured finance for Standard & Poor’s ratings group. He began his career in corporate lending at Lloyds Bank Limited.
