Sophia is Managing Director of 3M UK PLC and Personal Safety Division Leader for North Europe, a role she has held since 2023. Her two-decade career at 3M began in product management and marketing.  Sophia has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of the Safety and Industrial Business Group for North Europe; Area Marketing & Sales Centre Director for TEBG in EMEA; ADL roles in Healthcare and PSD and MD of 3M Ukraine. Before joining 3M, she was a Market Analyst at US-based Teledyne Controls Aerospace.  Sophia holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, California, a BA in West European Languages from the State University of Tbilisi, and has completed executive education at the University of Oxford.
