BAB Event Guest Policy

  • When hosting in-person events, BAB will comply with all state and local law.
  • BAB will welcome all fully vaccinated guests to attend in-person without the requirement of a mask.
  • At the host’s venue, masks are required if social distancing cannot be maintained and anytime outside of the function space (e.g. in common areas such as the lobby, restrooms, hallways).
  • Vaccinated guests must show proof of vaccination via an Excelsior pass (where applicable) or a copy of their vaccination card.
  • Guests must attest to being symptom-free upon arrival at the event.
  • BAB will encourage elbows as an alternative to handshakes.
  • If a guest is experiencing any symptoms of illness (Covid-19 or not) they should not attend BAB’s in-person event.
  • BAB will gather and maintain contact information (name, email and/or cell numbers) for all attendees.
  • BAB reserves the right to alter, change or update this policy as needed.
