Adie’s enjoyed a 24 year career as an Engineer in the Royal Air Force, being selected to help establish the UK Strategic Command jHub Innovation Unit in 2107, he was briefly the Ministry of Defence Rep to the National Security Strategic Investment Fund (the UKs equivalent to In-Q-Tel).  Adie left the Service in 2020 to carve a career at the intersection of big business, small business, investors and Government and is currently Venture Director at Form1 Partners.  Form1 specialise in UK market entry, fostering commercially successful partnerships between early-stage businesses and leading corporates and is the UK’s leading commercialisation partner for scale-up tech B2B companies.
