Andrew is Global Head of Anti-Bribery & Corruption at Standard Chartered Bank, a global bank connecting corporate, institutional and affluent clients to a network that offers unique access to sustainable growth opportunities across Asia, Africa and the Middle East. He has 24 years of experience in financial crimes compliance, enterprise-wide risk management, compliance and business transformation in roles undertaken previously at Deutsche Bank, Shell and management consulting. In his current role he leads a global diverse team and is committed to creating environments that allow people to feel safe enough to bring their whole selves to work. Andrew is also the Standard Chartered Bank Europe Gender Colleague Community Lead and a member of the Europe Diversity and Inclusion Council, driving cultural change that empowers, supports, and develops all colleagues regardless of gender.
