Any disruption to data flows would have a particular impact on on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
This Briefing Paper has been produced as a result of an update to BAB’s ongoing policy work and direct engagement with U.S. and UK government officials over the past several months.
It highlights the importance of data flows to the wider transatlantic corridor and provides a set of core principles that should inform government planning and negotiations.
