BritishAmerican Business CEO Duncan Edwards has welcomed the agreement between the UK and EU on the Northern Ireland Protocol.
He said: “This deal will be welcomed by transatlantic businesses.”
“Up until now, relations between the UK and the EU around Northern Ireland have been seen as a major stumbling block for progressing transatlantic trade talks. Today’s announcement will go a long way in removing one of the biggest impediments to trade and investment discussions between the UK and the US.”
