In her role as Northeast Region Leader, Diya leads business strategy, growth and operations for Willis Towers Watson in the Northeast, where over 3,500 colleagues across the Tri-State, New England and Bermuda are dedicated to the success of our clients, colleagues and community. Diya has been with Willis Towers Watson since 2004. She spent over a decade as a leader in the firm’s Investment line of business. She has also helps clients find solutions to human capital, risk management and finance issues as a Client Relationship Director.

Diya has a BA from Macalester College, an MBA from Columbia University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
