His wide-ranging strategic experience includes the development of immigration policies, compensation protocols, compliance programs, and anti-human trafficking campaigns. He is a key player in complex transaction strategy and due diligence. And the world’s most valuable companies have sought his advice on navigating the vagaries of the COVID-19 pandemic, changing educational trends, and the impact of the broader economy on their risk profiles.

He represents the largest users of U.S. business immigration programs and other publicly traded companies in immigration-related government enforcement investigations, ranging from administrative enforcement proceedings to grand jury investigations and asset forfeiture cases.

He has tackled the range of investigation topics and themes, including mandatory and voluntary disclosures of wrongdoing, vicarious corporate liability, forfeiture allegations and criminal investigations.

Eddie is one of Firm’s go-to courtroom attorneys. He has represented clients in contested proceedings in federal, state, and administrative courts across the country and has served as counsel on dozens of cases before the Justice Department’s Office of the Chief Administrative Hearing Officer or the Labor Department’s Office of Administrative Law Judges.

Before joining Fragomen, Eddie spent six years representing companies and individuals in complex civil litigation and enforcement proceedings, including federal criminal jury trials, first at a boutique white collar defense firm and then as an associate at an AmLaw 100 firm.

Eddie’s understands the complexities of large organizations as they manage risk. He previously served as the Legal Counsel to the Maryland Republican Party. Eddie is a member of the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) and serves on GBTA’s Government Relations Committee.

Outside of his work at the Firm, Eddie is a member of the Executive Committee of the Washington College Alumni Association, where he was previously the Secretary and is currently Chair-Elect. He served as a Legal Intern at the New York County District Attorney’s Office in 2010.
