What is your favorite aspect about London?

As a resident of London, I’m partial to the Parks. Like New York, there is a constant hustle and bustle, but in the heart of the city, I can always find tranquility.

What’s been your greatest success, and what’s next for National Grid?

National Grid is seen at the heart of the transformation of the energy sector and we are a valued thought leader. I’m immensely proud to help lead the organization through a period of significant change in our industry. Demand for more sustainable energy and advances in technology are accelerating the pace of change. In a market where our customers are demanding greater value and getting more choice we must work closely with them to meet their needs and find better ways to deliver greater value. It’s certainly an exciting time for us, indeed!
