Over the past 10 years in New York I have seen bold strides in diversity and inclusion in corporate America but this seismic shift still has a way to go. As a mother of two and a member of a mixed race family Audeliss’ vision resonates personally and professionally. I am committed to driving a change agenda that will remove bias and quantifiably move the needle!

I started my executive search career in London over 15 years ago and have spent the past 10 years in New York where I have had the opportunity to partner with a great Executive Search boutique focusing specifically on Corporate Governance within large finance houses. My practice expanded significantly when I moved in-house to oversee global recruiting efforts for Bloomberg and subsequently Audible, an Amazon company.

Working within Talent Acquisition on the client side, covering a vast spectrum of opportunities from Real Estate to Editorial, has provided not only exposure to multiple different industries but also a unique insight in to what clients truly need in a search firm.
