Geri Richmond is a trusted executive and team leadership coach, experienced organization development consultant and adept in leadership/team development, talent and change management. Currently, she designs and delivers an Executive MBA Program course called Leadership Exploration and Development (LEAD) which is required for graduation. In addition, she coaches Executive MBA Program students and alums about leadership growth and development and career journey. Geri is committed to her client’s individual, professional and organizational transformation and growth.
Prior to joining Booth in early 2016, Geri held corporate leadership roles in organization learning and development and change management with Kraft, Baxter, RR Donnelley, Monsanto, and the US Department of Agriculture. She coached and developed executive leadership teams and leaders, high-potential talent, top priority project teams, implemented leadership competency programs, and managed the people side of change for enterprise-wide culture, process and function initiatives.
