As CEO of Marquis Leadership, Glen successfully positioned the focus of the company to become the preeminent provider of leadership and organizational development services for the healthcare industry in the nation. He has personally coached thousands of healthcare clinical and administrative leaders in almost every service line and institutional function and has worked with hundreds of teams. The leaders he has coached have ranged from early-stage career positions to the most senior executive roles and functions in clinical and academic settings, research centers, and foundations.
