Jered Basilan is an accomplished Global HR leader with extensive experience in driving people strategy, engagement, and organizational transformation across diverse industries for organizations including Sony Pictures, Activision Blizzard, and Cushman & Wakefield. As the Sr. Director of People Partnering for the Americas Advisory business at Cushman & Wakefield, Jered partners with business leaders to align human capital initiatives to commercial strategy, developing a culture of innovation, inclusion, and excellence. He draws on nearly 20 years of entrepreneurial and leadership coaching experience in leading HR teams across the entertainment, technology, and real estate industries. 

Jered holds his Bachelor’s degrees from the University of North Carolina and his MBA from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. 

Based in Los Angeles, Jered is a former collegiate athlete and coach, an avid sports enthusiast, and has served on the board of several non-profit organizations. He enjoys the outdoors and is actively engaged in his vibrant community.
