Joe Holman has 25 years of experience in financial services, which includes providing ESG integration, monitoring, and support services for investment managers and operating companies.

He is a seasoned ESG specialist who has advised over $30 billion of AUM on the benefits of responsible investment & corporate social responsibility (CSR). His experience includes; crafting responsible investment policies, CSR policies, developing diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) workplace strategies, and recommending pathways to net-zero carbon emissions. Before joining Withum, founded an ESG Advisory firm, a PRI signatory, and worked with credit, real estate, private equity, and hedge funds. Prior experiences also include establishing a boutique fund administrator, Columbus Avenue Consulting. Before Columbus, he began his career as an audit partner at Rothstein, Kass & Company PC (merged with KPMG in 2014).
