John’s more than 30 years of experience in travel assistance for the US Government and private sector has led him into roles as the President of AIG Assist and COO of WorldAware. John possesses a deep expertise in servicing complex international travel operations, focusing on risk management, security and cost containment! “Travel is a beautiful industry, and it is what fuels the economy of the world. If I can make travel safer and lower a company’s risk exposure, then everyone benefits”. John served six years in the United States Marine Corps and is the former Vice-Chair of the ASTA CAC.
